What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property location, the service you selected, approximate area, and your message.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To pass your request to one independent land clearing or well drilling provider serving your area, if you gave consent on the form.
- To contact you about that request, including to confirm details or tell you no provider is available.
- To keep basic records of requests received, such as counts by month, which we may share with providers in aggregate without your contact details.
Who we share it with
- One provider for your request: the independent local land clearing or well drilling contractor we match you with. That provider's use of your information is governed by its own policies.
- Service providers that operate this site for us: form delivery (Web3Forms), web hosting, and email. They process data on our behalf.
- When required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with multiple contractors or lead buyers.
Calls and texts
If you consented on the form, we or the provider may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Consent is not required to buy anything. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email contact@ocalalandclearingquotes.com.
Retention and your choices
We keep request records for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@ocalalandclearingquotes.com. We cannot delete copies already held by the provider, but we will tell you who they are so you can contact them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above.
